What is the minimum order quantity?
We accept almost all orders. For very small orders, pickup is carried out by our partner transport company in Athens or Thessaloniki. For optimal shipping costs, a small pallet (5 cartons) is recommended.
Do you accept private label product production?
Yes. We undertake the production of private label products, tailored to the partner’s specifications. Our consistent participation in the international PLMA exhibition confirms our expertise in this field.
What is your payment method policy?
For international customers, a 30% deposit is required upon order (proforma invoice) and a 70% balance payment upon loading.
For domestic customers, payment is usually settled with the next shipment. Terms are adjusted depending on the quantity and value of the order.

Do you accept recipe variations with new proposals?
We are open to recipe improvements and adjustments, as well as the development of new products or packaging, in collaboration with our customers.

What types of packaging do you offer?
For retail, we offer small jar packaging (100g and above) with long-life pasteurized products, as well as refrigerated packaging.
For HORECA, we offer 1kg, 2kg, 3kg packaging, etc., while for the food industry, large bulk packaging is available in 60kg or 110kg drums.

What is the quality difference of your products?
Platykampos garlic possesses unique characteristics that differentiate it from other varieties and origins. It has been certified as a superfood and features a high content of polyphenols and sulfur compounds, thanks to the ideal microclimate and soil of the region.
How can your products be used?
They represent a ready-to-use and reliable solution for professional and home applications: dressings, sauces, dips, marinades, salads, antipasti, and creative compositions.
Do you provide serving suggestions?
Yes. We provide suggestions for applications such as tzatziki, skordalia (garlic dip), sauces, garlic bread, garlic pasta, canapés, and other culinary uses.

Which certifications do you hold?
We hold FSSC 22000 and BIO (Organic) certifications, which are renewed annually following the required audits.
Do you collaborate with research and educational institutions?
Yes. We collaborate with the School of Agricultural Sciences and the Department of Biochemistry & Biotechnology of the University of Thessaly for research and product development, as well as for highlighting the beneficial properties of Platykampos garlic.
Exports, Environment & Presence
Do you export your products? To which countries?
Yes. We export to countries in Central and Northern Europe, the United States, and Japan.
What best practices do you implement to reduce your energy footprint?
We have replaced the peeling line with an air-based system instead of water, installed photovoltaic panels at our factory, and created a solar greenhouse for the production of dehydrated products using solar energy.
Do you collaborate with other companies for different uses of garlic?
Yes. We collaborate with Wakunaga Pharmaceutical for the production of dietary supplements, as well as with companies producing garlic oil and garlic essential oil.
In which exhibitions do you participate?
We regularly participate in FoodExpo (Athens), PLMA (Amsterdam), SIAL (Paris), and ANUGA (Cologne).
Where can we find your products?
In retail chains under private label or our own brand, in refrigerated products with minced garlic, as well as in wholesale distribution (cash & carry) for HORECA.
